Payment Methods

We accept Visa/Mastercard, American Express and Discovery Card. We also have a Paypal account.

Shipping

1. The total amount indicated in your shopping basket does not include shipping cost.
2. The customer pays ALL shipping, packing, handling and insurance charges.
3. Since instruments come in different shape, size and weight, we always look for the most economic way to ship.
4. Shipping cost is added when we process your shipment.
5. We ship UPS Ground unless you give us instructions. You must use you street address as UPS does not deliver to PO Box.
6. For single book and CD we use priority mail.

International Order

We ship anywhere in the world. However any order over $100 must be prepaid in the form of international money order or wired directly to our bank. Please e-mail us for details.

Damaged Merchandise

If you receive damaged goods contact the shipping company at once. We will gladly provide all the shipping details for you to file a claim. We DO NOT take back damaged goods.

We charge your credit card at the time you place your order.

Sales Tax

8.5% order from San Francisco

Installment

You can do installment for up to three months. A 33% initial payment is required. If the order is cancelled at any time, the initial amount is forfeited.

Special Order

Special order items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Delivery Times

In stock items are shipped within two business days.

We will contact you via e-mail or telephone if we cannot fill the order within two weeks.

Returns and Exchanges

Only items with factory defects are returnable. You must pack the items properly, insured and shipped prepaid. We do not accept COD shipments. Shipping, packing and handling charges are not refundable.

After we receive and inspect the defective merchandize, we will replace, repair the items.

Refunds

There is no refund for special orders or installment items. All sales are final. If we cannot replace or repair your order, we will give you full refund on the merchandise via credit card or a check.

Cancellations

If you cancel your order before we process it, there is no penalty. Please e-mail or call us at 415-391-1317 immediately if you decide to cancel your order.

If your order has already been processed, a $10 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.
